The Snow Report Ticker only works with Windows 95.  After the installation is complete, you will need to download the 'My Yahoo News Ticker' off the Internet to enable the Snow Report Ticker.  Go to URL "http://my.yahoo.com/ticker.html" to get this file (see instructions).
